Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient art that harmonizes and brings balance to the body’s energies, which promotes optimal health and well-being and facilitates profound healing of the body, mind and spirit. This is practiced by placing finger tips (over clothing) on specific points called safety energy locks, SEL, and induces deep relaxation while reducing the effects of tension and stress that accumulate through normal daily living. Safety Energy Locks act to protect the body when energy becomes blocked. When a SEL is shut down symptoms manifest in the corresponding areas of the body. These symptoms signify an imbalance as well as help identify its source.

Reiki This is a powerful healing, yet deeply relaxing and gentle session. The practitioner places their hands on or just above the client’s body with a passive touch in order to activate healing energy. A harmonic flow of sacred life force energy is restored within the recipient and healing occurs through the return of physical, mental, and spiritual balance.

Foot Reflexology This foot massage can revive and revitalize the entire body through massage of the feet. This includes a relaxing foot massage with fine aromatherapy oils and heated booties making this treatment a must have for anyone who works long hours on their feet.
