Join us on Thursday, January 30th from 6:30-7:30pm for a Chinese New Year Celebration. Dr. Kris Sparacino will share a little bit about the importance of the Lunar New Year and the Wood Snake. He will then guide us through 1-2 Qi Gong poses followed by a crystal bowl meditation. This event is perfect for anyone. No prior knowledge about Qi Gong is necessary. The cost for the event is $25. Crystal Bowl Full Moon Meditation

Winter Solstice Event
New Earth is pleased to announce our first Winter Solstice Event on Friday, December 20th from 6:30-7:45pm (1 hour and 15 minutes). During our time together, Dr. Kris Sparacino, Acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese Medicine will share how the element of water in Traditional Chinese Medicine relates to winter and how water shows wisdom, adaptability and flow. We will spend about 30 minutes going through some Qi Gong movements to support the element of water as we ground ourselves for winter. We will follow the Qi Gong movements with a seated mediation, while Kris plays the signing bowls.
