


Summer Solstice - June 20th
Celebrate the Summer Solstice! Dr. Kris Sparacino will guide us through our practice, starting with QiGong.
This will be a very special Solstice celebration. We will start with getting our energy going with some standing QiGong postures & breath work to connect us with the Fire Element. Connecting with fire burns away old constructs that may be holding us back from achieving our short and long term goals. Afterwards, we will relax to the sound of the metal Tibetan Singing Bowls which project a beautiful gong/bell like ring tones to open the energy system of the body. These sounds will move stagnant energy and help us to make room for our intentions to be brought into action. All are welcome and no prior experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat (we have some you can use) and bolster if you would like one for your legs. Space is limited to 8 people.
