Based on her new book, Creature Comforts at Your Fingertips, Reiki Master, educator, and holistic health facilitator Grace Conte will teach adults ways to decrease stress and anxiety by activating acupressure points through simple hand gestures called mudras and by tenderly holding each finger in the practice of Jin Shin Jitsu as taught in Grace’s book.

By intentional focus, through mindfully applying gentle hand touches,participants will learn to rely on their own abilities and built-in tools, right at their fingertips, to self-soothe, gain empowerment, and regulate difficult emotions to regain balance and harmony. By cultivating compassion self- care, registrants will have a greater capacity in their lives to offer their expansiveness to those in need around them.
