Join us on Sunday, March 1st at 6:30 for a relaxing and restorative evening with Dr. Kris Sparacino playing the beautiful crystal sound bowls. We have all that you need so just bring yourself. If you want to have your own blanket or yoga mat, you are welcome to bring them with you.
