Join us on Monday, February 16th at 6:30pm for a relaxing and restorative evening with Dr. Kris Sparacino playing the beautiful crystal sound bowls as we set our intentions with higher frequency for the year of the Fire Horse.
We have all that you need so just bring yourself. If you want to have your own blanket or yoga mat, you are welcome to bring them with you.
