Meditation for Deep Rest & Sleep
This workshop offers a connection to your deep resting state and a new avenue to find the sleep you crave.
You were born knowing how to rest and sleep. Modern life has interrupted that for a lot of people, but you still have that ability inside you.
In this workshop, we'll briefly discuss nervous system regulation. Then, using body awareness, focused breath, and small hand movements you'll have the opportunity to calm your nervous system. That little bit of movement helps focus attention and quiet your wandering mind—leading to a deeply restful state.
