You Will Be Led By the way of Self  Discovery and Shamanic Practices, 

including Guided Journeys and Ceremony 

The evening of the 22nd we will journey to three past lives, create a shamans 3 card story and have a fire ceremony to release anything you no longer need in your life   

Bring a Journal, pen and the openness to receive. We will be doing floor work we have yoga mat and blanket but you may want to bring your own
