Energy Work Services
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient art that harmonizes and brings balance to the body’s energies, which promotes optimal health and well-being and facilitates profound healing of the body, mind and spirit. This is practiced by placing finger tips (over clothing) on specific points called saftey energy locks, SEL, and induces deep relaxation while reducing the efects of tension and stress that accumulate through normal daily living. Saftey Energy Locks act to protect the body when energy becomes blocked. When a SEL is shut down symptoms manifest in the corresponding areas of the body. These symptoms signify an imbalance as well as help identify its source.
Reiki This is a powerful healing, yet deeply relaxing and gentle session. The practitioner places their hands on or just above the client’s body with a passive touch in order to activate healing energy. A harmonic flow of sacred life force energy is restored within the recipient and healing occurs through the return of physical, mental, and spiritual balance.
Gua Sha This traditional Eastern Asian practice has full body and facial applications. Using healing crystals stones, the face, neck and decolletage are gently stroked to encourage lymphatic flow, increase circulation, and smooth and lift the skin. Traditionally full body use is more vigorous. Both face and body benefit from the detoxifying, tension relieving, grounding practice that leaves the skin lifted, sculpted, and tightened with a youthful glow.
