Come to a Sit and Stretch Yoga Class! It is designed to give you support and balance as we introduce gentle yoga postures, seated, for strengthening, stretching and flexibility. The chair class is an opportunity to create movement and joy in our bodies in a safe and fun way.
Penelope Morrison, yoga healer, has 20 years experience of teaching Kripalu inspired yoga. The classes are purposely slow and gentle to stretch and strengthen your body. Each student is encouraged to find their own level of practice through modifying and adaptation. This honoring of our bodies helps us to develop our practice, rooted in spirituality. As a Reiki Master, she brings healing energy into the class to achieve rejuvenation and deep relaxation.
