New Earth is pleased to announce our first Winter Solstice Event on Friday, December 20th from 6:30-7:45pm (1 hour and 15 minutes).  During our time together, Dr. Kris Sparacino, Acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese Medicine will share how the element of water in Traditional Chinese Medicine relates to winter and how water shows wisdom, adaptability and flow.  We will spend about 30 minutes going through some Qi Gong movements to support the element of water as we ground ourselves for winter.  We will follow the Qi Gong movements with a seated mediation, while Kris plays the signing bowls. 

 The cost for this event is $30.  Each attendee will receive a carefully selected tumbled stone.  We will serve hot tea as well.  We hope that you can make it.  Space is limited so we are limiting the event to 10 people.  Thank you for being part of our community. REGISTER HERE:
