Tai Chi and Qigong

(Weather Permitting)

We will use the Tai Chi Easy method taught by Roger Jahnke. There are 5 basic moves that are gentle and easy to learn, making drop-ins possible. Tai Chi and Qigong help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It helps improve balance and coordination, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep quality, relieves chronic pain and so much more. This practice is good for people of all ages, body types and fitness levels and beginners are welcome.
